Jazz Workshops

Jazz can be a life-long journey to which there is no end, but if you are willing to get on the train, chances are you’ll never look back.  From Armstrong to Zappa, Mingus to Monk, Ella singing Stella, and Miles cool jazz funk.  If it’s out there or you have dreamed of playing or singing some of the greats, now is your time.  Swing, Bossa, Fusion, or any one of the thousands of jazz standards out there have the potential to be on your playlist.  Not only will you play the songs, you will work with your group on the subtleties that make jazz what it is.  Theory, feel, mood, listening, and keeping an open mind will open you up and take you places you might not have thought possible.
